What do I need to get my journey into fitness started?
You will need to complete a PARQ. This is a questionnaire that helps me determine if you are fit to exercise or if I need to refer you to a medical specialist.
What do I get or can I expect from the sessions?
As well as my 100%, you will get to trained in various forms of training styles, improved balance, co-ordination and a general improvement in health and mood.
Can I contact you outside of the sessions or outside of business hours??
As long as it has been agreed between the client and the trainer. Contact outside of the training sessions is permitted as long as it is fitness related for example: dietary questions, exercise question etc. and within the businesses opening hours. *In special cases contact outside of the business hours may be agreed with the trainer.*
What happens if I miss my session?
A session missed in a week can be moved with the provision that it has been cancelled 48 hours prior to the session, otherwise the session will be lost.
