All Personal Training and group sessions will be tailored to client specific needs and will have colour coding for difficulty/intensity of exercises within the sessions so that you have an additional goal to reach or just know what level is right for you.

Online Sessions, food diaries, weekly check-ins and progress reports are also available.

BUT YOU NEED SOMEONE TO PUSH YOU TO THE LIMIT....... I WILL BE THAT PERSON!!

You will need to complete a PARQ. This is a questionnaire that helps me determine if you are fit to exercise or if I need to refer you to a medical specialist. 
As well as my 100%, you will get to trained in various forms of training styles, improved balance, co-ordination and a general improvement in health and mood.
As long as it has been agreed between the client and the trainer. Contact outside of the training sessions is permitted as long as it is fitness related for example: dietary questions, exercise question etc. and within the businesses opening hours. *In special cases contact outside of the business hours may be agreed with the trainer.*
A session missed in a week can be moved with the provision that it has been cancelled 48 hours prior to the session, otherwise the session will be lost.
